Clerkship at Acıbadem University School of Medicine

Clinical clerkships-placements in primary health care are featured in the curriculum of;

• year III MED308 Clinical Medicine and Professional Skills Course -VI “Health&Society” (8 ECTS)
• year VI “Internship”( in TR also called “Family Medicine Year”) Clerkship in PHC 8 weeks (estimated at ca. 10 ECTS)
• year VI “Elective clerkships” (including research electives) 8 weeks (estimated at ca. 8-10 ECTS)

Clerkships take place at Primary Health Care Centres and the family medicine outpatient clinic of the department
